Water Heater
Installation of tankless and traditional tank heaters ranging from 30-100 gallons. Before installation, confirm incoming cold water is sufficient in volume. Also, confirm incoming gas is sufficiently sized for the size heater being installed. Finally, check that there is proper venting to the outside.
Drain Clearing
Unclog sinks, drains, garbage disposals, bathtubs, showers, toilets and sewers. Depending on the drain size and material, we us a combination of tools to clear stoppages and maintain integrity of the pipe.
Faucet Repair
Drips, noises or no water-at-all, we will attempt to repair bathroom sinks, faucets, and kitchen faucets by replacing O-rings, cartridges, seats, stems and any other serviceable piece on the faucet.
Re-pipes
To begin we review the current age of the dwelling and existing water service to determine scope of the project. Next, we spec out number points (toilet, shower, lavatory) for entire house and come up with options for repipes in different materials (PEX vs Copper). We repipe all homes from small studios to 10 bedroom, 12 bath homes.
Sewer/Rooter
Clear sewers of roots and debris using cable systems and hydro-jetting. Camera and locate before and after to confirm success. From video footage, develop short-term and long-term goals to resolve the issue.
Faucet Installation
We install kitchen faucets, bathroom sink faucets, bathroom shower/tub faucets and any single or multiple handle faucet in homes, large dwellings (apartment and condominium complexes) and commercial buildings.
